Media License Agreement

TERMS

1. Copyright. All footage and deliverables produced by Katabatic Media remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vector Life, Inc. dba Katabatic Media and photographer Jason Lee. No copyright is transferred to the Client.
2. Client License. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only — including personal social media, sharing with family and friends, and private keepsake use.
3. Vendor & Third-Party Use. The Client may not authorize any third party — including wedding vendors, venue operators, planners, or any other service provider — to use the footage in any form. All vendor use requires prior written approval from Katabatic Media.

4. Katabatic Media Portfolio Rights. Katabatic Media and photographer Jason Lee retains the right to use footage and still frames for its own portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials.
5. Delivery. Final deliverables will not be released until this agreement is signed and full payment has been received.
6. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
